This building has been derelict for very many years.  In the past, one could walk right up to, and through it.  Now, it is all fenced off with a padlocked gate and only the fishermen have access.

I last blipped this almost exactly 6 years ago and used some peeling paint as an overlaid texture.  This time I have used some encrusting lichen on a sandstone wall.

The sign originally read:  'Boats For Sale'.
