99/365 Mr Pheasant
After church this morning we made our way back home to await the arrival of our Easter Sunday lunch guests. Church was so full that extra chairs had to be bought in and placed in the aisle plus an adjoining room had to be used too.
Our guests, one of Jayne's sisters and her husband, duly arrived and we had a wonderful lunch and a lovely rest of the day, which included watching 'The Sound of Music' for the umpthteen time. The girls love it as they are word perfect with all the songs. Happy wife equals happy life.
I hope that your Easter has been really nice so far and lasts through Bank Holiday Monday too. However, I think some rain and breezy conditions are forecast. which might affect your plans but I hope that it doesn't.
Ha, ha, ha, as I'm doing this Blip in the office I can hear that someone is now watching 'The Greatest Showman' downstairs and yes, singing along to that too. The pheasant in the photo was in the allotment next door.
