Spent the day in the woods near Fontainebleau climbing. Had such a great day and the weather has been beautiful. Icing on the cake was when we were sitting quietly having our picnic and an adder slithered past! (See extra pic) 

Afterwards we had a wander round the very impressive grounds of the Chateau in the town. There were huge koi carp in the lake there- never seen them so big!! 

Had a good laugh at Mike's expense ("Monsieur, dirty spoon").
