Pascal lamb

Shoulder of lamb, slow roasted on a bed of Medjool dates and onions and with a date molasses glaze.

Served with roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnips and a Nerello Cappuccino Sicilian red wine.

I think an afternoon nap is in order.
