Microadventure

A microadventure is an adventure that is short, simple, local, cheap – yet still fun, exciting, challenging, refreshing and rewarding.

When one does a microadventure, one mostly uses a bivvy bag instead of a tent and take a wild swim when possible instead of pitching the tent right next to the sanitary facilities like we did.  But for us, cycling to a campsite on Saturday, camping there and cycling back today, was a microadventure.
