Joining an INSEAD "MBA partner"-pâtisserie-tour through Paris, I was actually the only man present. Nevertheless, it was actually a nice introduction to the high art of macaron and chocolate making. Tip of the day: Visit the shop of "Pierre Hermé". Most excellent/delicious!
