Butter Eggs and Oatmeal

Our last day in herefordshire and we did the Black and White Trail. This is a roughly circular route that takes you through all the Herefordshire villages that feature the original Black and White timber framed houses. One village looked very pretty but I felt cheated when you looked some were brick houses with black lines painted on!
However, Pembridge was a little stunner. The church was beautiful and had a stunning stand alone bell tower, there was a wonderful craft shop in the old chapel ( shame it wasn't still a chapel), but nontheless it was my idea of a dream shop. I took some lovely photos of the village but I keep coming back to this one..... It was on an empty property, but I'm guessing it used to be a farmhouse /shop. I don't know, I quick google hasn't answered it for me, but I'm sure a bit more time and I would find it.

We went back to Queenswood Country park this afternoon to give Reg more of a run and as the sun was shining at that point I got some lovely photos of the panorama there. I also got a lovely shot of one of the many orchards , complete with mistletoe, but the blip fairies keep telling me to publish another ghost sign , of butter, eggs , oatmeal.
