A Waterfall of Life

Today was a really full day, at least it feels like it now! I gt up early and did the "season change" in my wardrobe, something I'd been meaning to do for a while, but hadn't been mobile enough to manage. That was followed by burocratic stuff on the phne to the UK for an hour and then I went off to spend lunchtime at the Cambridge exams.

At about 4 I then went to a swimming pool for my first attempt at exercise for months, and then a spot of shopping on the way home. It may sound pretty humdrum to most people but it was a real challenge for me and I may have overdone it. Both ankles are very sore now.

In any case it was wonderful to be in the middle of life again :-)
