First parkrun of the year...

...and my first at Woodhouse Moor. I was fastest in my age group, apparently, but there is very little competition in that band.

We were then treated to a walk along the Aire and related water navigation systems from Hunslet via the Armories and Leeds railway station and city centre to a disused railway viaduct which is being turned into a garden/park. See extra.

Along the route we admired eco town houses and apartments with fabulous views within strolling distances of attractive bars and restaurants. It was made clear that a move so close to Morley would not be welcomed.
