aquarium

We spent a lovely day in the Berlin Zoo and Aquarium. The weather wasn't as good as yesterday, cold and drizzling. Still we had a great time. We spent some time watching the hippopotamus. Not sure what was going on but on a few occasions it opened its mouth wide and made a great deep and resonating noise. The pandas clearly had too much to drink eat (see extra). The aquarium is absolutely fantastic. I really love seeing all the jellyfish. After spending most of the day in the zoo we went for some well deserved drinks in our local pub and then for a fantastic dinner at our local Greek restaurant. Another fantastic day out.
