Easter Saturday

…what else to do on Easter Saturday. Nina called in with her first attempt at making hot cross buns. I would have to say they were the best I’ve ever eaten.

We did some shopping as the two local families are coming for lunch tomorrow, roast pork and chicken. Then I came home and read and fitted in a visit to the neighbour who gave me her Easter egg as she can’t eat chocolate. She is planning her funeral. That’s probably a good idea as it will ease her mind. Last time I was there we talked about what her son would do if he found she had died overnight. 

Charlie turned 9 today.
