Sunshine

Lovely weather today tempted me out for a short walk. Nothing new on the bird front front, but rapid growth on the roadside plants was noticeable. Flowers are starting to appear on the roadside bilberries and the brambles are sprouting rapidly. These Marsh Marigolds appear perennially on what must be the tiniest marsh - probably best described as a patch of roadside mud.
