Who's that stoner ????

I enjoy passing this Stoners shop when its closed, as I get to study the strange painting on the shutters.
I'm presuming that the guy on the right is Bob Marley, although the over-large eyes and sneering mouth look a little out of place . .. . . but who the hell is the guy on the left ??
I can't decide between Snoop Dogg, Eddie Murphy or Tupac . . . . . . . .
