Declining Tulip

A late phone call from MC last night meant I had a reprieve from Grandma duties today, they’ve been deferred until Sunday night and Monday the last I heard. I decided a gentle morning was in order before my grocery order arrived. I did strip the bed completely and get everything washed.

I sorted the fridge out as I put the shopping away then cooked sausages for tea and stewed some fruit to make a few puddings. I’d just finished a late lunch when I got an unexpected visitor which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve spent some time since reorganising things to free up the dining table and return things to the hall…I’ll need to finish cleaning the sitting room in the morning.

Todays blip is a tulip from a bunch bought several weeks ago, this one got a reprieve from being thrown out. Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.
