Thursday: The Grand Opening

Well, I have totally missed my vocation.  I was clearly destined to be a bartender! We had the grand reopening of our compound bar, the ‘Pig & Parrot’, and it was a huge success.  K, my colleague, Kate, and I, were the bartenders for the evening - I kept on commenting on what a clean bar we were running which became the phrase for the evening.

This was early on. Lee, the gardener, is on the left, and, Sharon, one of our guards is on the right.  It became way busier than this very rapidly.  We eventually called it a night at midnight.  

We definitely need to order more Guinness, it was just flying off the shelves.
