Family outing (Day 2890)

A fine start to the day, and after a bit of a clear up in the holiday cottage, my beautiful wife and I took Sigyn along to the horses and got out a ride on George and Red. Once she settled down, Sigyn seemed to enjoy the slightly quicker pace.
We collected our stuff from the cottage and headed home for lunch. HV zoomed off to do hoss pedicures and I headed for town and an appointment with a physio.
I now have a new diagnosis for my knee. The physio is pretty sure I have a torn medial meniscus, which would explain why I get random pain in my knee. I have exercises to do, and another appointment in a couple of weeks. The knee brace has been deemed useless and I don't need to wear it anymore.
I am much more confident that the correct diagnosis has been reached this time and that, given time it will get better.
Fish and chips for dinner seems like the perfect way to celebrate.
