Unforgotten

Back-blipped yesterday's effort too.

The rest of today has been rather less than delicate.
Our lawn which was relaid a couple of years back has not done well.  We think the soil should have been better compacted before the turf was laid and the hot summer last year and damp spring have done it no favours.  So this morning we were off and out early to a local garden centre for some top soil and grass seed, then spent most of this afternoon with a tamper flattening out the bumps and filling in the hollows.  5 bags of top soil today and I'm off to get four more tomorrow!

In the extra you can see the plants area at the garden centre - I think we were their first customers - everyone else was in the cafe - which was heaving - at 9:30!
