I always have fun decoding brick pebbles. This one originated from the Middleton Fireclay Co. of Leeds and after a hard life is currently enjoying the beach next to the River Wharfe in Ilkley.

15yo, 18yo and I headed up for the day and pottered about doing our usual Ilkley stuff. Mostly fine, but a couple of fierce “April showers” test our preparedness. We were not found wanting.
