Flashlight

Home mid-morning from the overnighter at work and feeling very knackered for once. But I was really keen to pick up the linocut printing after a couple of weeks off and print the first colour of a new design - based on summat that I'd photographed in France the other month. And it turned out quite promising too which isn't always the case believe me.

And out for the evening, meeting up with pals for the Max Porter event at Assembly Roxy, and then beer and blether with them in a great wee pub on Buccleuch Street that I've been to before but have no idea what it's called. 

As for Max Porter - what a star! A terrific event, and can't wait to read my signed copy of his new book 'Shy'. Tomorrow though, it can wait 'til then.
