Notes: Was wide awake in 3a hour but at some point went back to sleep ... and then slept a bit late. Quiet day, went to pool for a bit, made tacos w/ grass-fed ground beef seasoned w/ the homemade seasoning and used lettuce for the wraps - also finally broke out the can of refried beans I'd bought at Bette's. Was pretty good. Finished The Alchemist, quite good. Re-watched the workshop from Sat (skimmed it) and recorded the light language sections. Kind of a rough night - restless, emotional. Chatted with Mic on text a bit.
