Singing Samaritans

I ventured into big city Plymouth today to buy some properly fitted running shoes - the boys present to me for my birthday. After dropping round one of the shopping in the car I heard some lovely singing coming from these ladies and some shoppers who had been roped in to raise awareness of Alzheimer's.

The running shoes have just been out for a test drive and I have to say, they are blimmin amazing - not a single knee twinge on a 3 mile circuit. Off to the big smoke tomorrow so it was nice to grab a few lungfuls of fresh air before I go.
