Mono blossom

I liked the structure of the tree, so went mono in spite of the blossom. Walked to the eye clinic today, full range of tests, nothing wrong apart from a "miniscule cataract", walked home again pootling around shops and buying nothing (very proud of this!) and home for a quiet afternoon.
Dusted and vacuumed and started to respond to a Mass Observation Directive. They ask you to comment on the oddest subjects, then all is stored anonymously in the Mass Observation Archive, where I imagine it is never looked at again. Reminds me of Richard Brautigan's The Library for Unpublished Works
