Autumn Colours

It wasn't to cold this morning..but has really cooled down now to 14c. No rain yet. It is really gloomy and no wind.

I had my appointment this morning to have my two Epidural Steroid Injections this morning. They had a bit of bother with one as the area was very narrow. Hopefully I will get some relief. I was told no gardening or heavy lifting for a few weeks. My plans before I knew I was having these infections was to go over to Akaora this weekend. So that is out for a while.

The Hydrangea has its lovely Autumn colours now.
