Smith Island

I haven't been out here for a long time and I guess sometimes I think it's further away than it really is.   I saw an eagle with building material in his talons fly right over the car as I was pulling into park.  He (or she) never came back that I saw.  There is another eagle in this tree, so am thinking it might be the mate.  I only had my 300 lens, so not a great shot (extra) but you can at least see him instead of taking my word for it!!!
