Nature

The wide wednesday challenge (optional) theme today was nature.
I was walking the dog, looking for what I considered nature. I even had a little discussion with a pair of hikers about what should be considered nature. For them they were in the nature, for me it was just landscape. What I considered nature was wilderness to them.

Anyway, this here, IMHO, can be considered nature. It is on top of a deserted quarry. Due to the risk to fall down from the edge the quarry is fenced in. So here nature had the chance to take back what mankind took away. Only animals can get in, human beings are rather rare.
