Sophie Engrossed

Kate & Sophie came over this morning as Sophie needed some new school shoes and we’re going to be away for a few days over Easter.

As well as an egg we bought her this book for Easter: when we take her into school on a Wednesday she’s always fascinated by the QI Elves’ feature on Zoe Ball’s Radio 2 breakfast show so we thought she’d enjoy the book which is a collation of many of the questions they answer.

She couldn’t wait to get her nose in it and read bits out loud to us that particularly caught her imagination.

We just about managed to get her out of the house to get the shoes and have some lunch in a cafe but she was itching to get back to her book.
