Bigger and Closer

We went to the Hockney exhibition at King's Cross today.  It would be better described as an immersive autobiographical documentary. I know quite a lot about Hockney but still found it fascinating the way he explained his philosophy and techniques in an engaging bluff North Country way. Being Easter holidays, it was full of families and kids, but I don't suppose it ever has a hushed respectful atmosphere!  This photo was taken with a wide lens to give you a glimpse of the immersive nature of the experience.
