Shiny new pin

The house is now well and truly on the market. We've had over 500 views on the Internet already (probably mostly our friends and family!) and it's now operation 'keep tidy'.
I remember when my parents were selling our family home- it took a long long time to sell as every 20 years it used to flood. (Not surprisingly this put a few people off). We had to keep it immaculate- complete pain when you're a teenager.
Now, in Melbourne it's all the rage to go to auction. It means this process should be quick and even settlement could be as little as 30 days after that.
It's a lovely little house- I think whoever gets it will be very lucky.
