Goodbye old faithful

Hubby has been going on to put my bike out for the scrapman.
I wouldn't but saw on yesterday's local page an ad for old bikes to do up for a charity or something .I sent a message and it was collected today.
Since falling off I wasn't happy about riding it anymore.
It was really too heavy.
Today was the  village coffee morning which was busy as always.
Lots of chatter and laughs.
