Is there anything better than a manky old ball?...

Is there anything better than a manky old ball?….................Well, yes there is actually.................. two manky old balls??!!


This morning I went to 'Braidburn Valley Park' and almost as soon as I got into the park I found a manky old ball. Well, actually, I'd had a bit of a roll around on my back first, because the grass was really frosty. It's April for goodness sake. Mr Sunshine should be coming out to play!!! …........However, once I'd finished 'rolling', I found the mankiest of 'manky old balls', so obv I didn't do any 'rolling' after that and just trotted along in good dog mode and carried the manky old ball all the way home.


This afternoon we went up Blackford Hill and as we were approaching the summit I found another manky old tennis ball. To say I was beyond excited is an understatement. Two manky old ball finds in one day?! Yay! I don't think that has ever happened before.........................


And guess what?......................... Ann went to work 11am -3pm and she forgot to throw my first manky old ball into my manky old balls box so it was still lying on the living room rug when I came back from my walk up the hill this afternoon with my second manky old ball find.


Now I'm lying on the living room rug guarding two manky old balls................ Ann has just put my dinner out for me. I'm pretty hungry because I didn't eat my breakfast.


Mmmmmm................. Ann has said that I can keep both of my horrible manky old balls.................... I think she will keep her word, though I'm guessing if I go and eat my dinner, Ann might throw both of my manky old balls into my manky old balls box.


Oh well, ho hum, at least if she does that, I'll know where they are. I'm mega hungry. I think I need to go and eat my dinner.
