Calendar Shoot

Chad Hiltz, a local car restoration, custom car and hot rod builder has become one of my favourite photography connections! Last fall I shot some of his cars with a couple of ladies for a Rat Rod magazine in Texas (see pages 34-37).

Yesterday they invited me to take some photos for a calendar they're producing to sell at their annual car show in August. They wanted pin-up as well as some "sexy" shots with a few of Chad's cars.

This is Chad's partner MJ. She's a great, and very patient, model. The best part of yesterday was when a neighbour came to the door looking for signatures to become a thief (I really meant to run as the local Progressive Conservative candidate...). MJ was laying on a purple rug, in lingerie, playing with toy hot rod cars.
