May Morning, Matilda, and Mary Redcliffe

A brilliant May morning, puffy white clouds in deep blue skies, warm, breezy. I cycled into work alongside Zed as he rode to school, we chatted and enjoyed the ride. On the way I stopped to take this picture, just because it was such a lovely moment: a proper spring day in Brizzle, a place I often feel lucky to live in. Gert lush, as folk say around here.
