Monday: Pricing Up

So, with much excitement, we are getting ready for the opening of our compound bar on Thursday, the ‘Pig and Parrot’.  There are a few more beers to add to this but we have been doing some pricing up today.  We need to make enough to cover the purchase and shipping costs but we are strictly not for profit.  

We’re just doing a soft opening to see how it goes.  One colleague has cancelled her leave plans to be there so no pressure!
