Railroad Train Mural

The little village of Halsey, Oregon boasts a new mural in the making.

I noticed it last week for the first time on the side of a recently quite nicely refurbished building on north end of town.

The building is a long narrow structure, no doubt a train station or train related warehouse that once was alongside the tracks.

The painting is progressing slowly and stretches the length of the structure.

The train is beginning to take shape.

The rest of the mural is amorphous shapes at this point.

I look forward to its progress to completion this summer.
