Another one bites the dust.

Today the weather as changed for the better so we rode into Oliva early morning for a coffee and look at the Marca.^[Spanish sports paper].We were surprised to see that the Restaurant Forquetes as closed down. This is the 3rd business in just two years that as failed to make a go of it on these premises. The food at Forquetes was very different than the normal food that you come across in Oliva but was very good. We wonder what will be opening there next.
