Evening on the Beach

Still light when I got home after football and there were quite a few people down on the beach enjoying the last of the daylight. Football was a big improvement on last week. Early on I played N in with a quick return pass for a good goal. Some decent passes from midfield and then, when I had a spell in goal, a smart reaction to save a shot that threatened to sneak inside the post. Better yet I came into the box late at the other end to score a goal and then soon afterwards used quick feet to make space for a shot for my second. We won by three and seemed comfortable but had the other lot finished a few of their early chances that we somehow kept out it would have been much closer.
