Evening Light

A busy day of blood tests in York and meeting a dialysis nurse to start looking at the options for Richard’s future care. Traffic conditions on the first day of the Easter Holidays meant we were under pressure returning home to meet the nurse. But all turned out right in the end.

Matthew and Mary popped in following their first wedding anniversary ( how time flies!). Mary is a community nurse and was able to help Richard with care after his procedure. Far exceeding the care given by 111 yesterday. Rang at 10am in the morning. Awakened at 12:45 am with apologies and again at 3:45am with advice to contact the GP this morning. Fortunately all turned out well in the end.

Think an early night is called for.
