Towards Arnside

I had a good night's sleep and feel much better today albeit still with a slight cold and cough.

We wandered out onto the salt marsh for a blip as it was such a lovely day.  Wall to wall sunshine and warm too.  This is the view looking across to Arnside with the Howgills beyond.
