Toilet humour - NOT!

Our only bathroom is downstairs but we have a little shower room upstairs, which is very handy but we haven't been able to use it for the past year as water started leaking through the ceiling and it's taken this long to get anyone to come and fix it. 

It should have been done in October, then by Christmas, then in February half term but the chap we hired seems to have had one crisis after another and he only just started yesterday. 

To paraphrase the late, great Magnus Magnusson, he's now started so hopefully he'll finish!
