St Aidens nature reserve

On our way up to York we called at St Aidens nature reserve. It’s owned by the RSPB and is now a haven for birds and wildlife after spending many years as a coal pit. It’s a very big place with numerous paths and lakes, but on a sunny Sunday afternoon it was also quite busy.
