Aftermath

My long time running buddy and I completed the Canary Wharf 10km British Heart Foundation 'jog' tonight in 56mins ..... we did it in 48mins in 2008, but time is cruel on an aging body.

To celebrate we went and ate steak, washed down with red wine.
