Having another go... again!

Some of you might recognise this piece of tapestry that has been on the go for more years than I care to remember. 

Because of my failing eyesight I haven't touched it for ages and have even thought about passing it on to someone else to finish.

However, I hate to admit defeat, so, stuck at home without my usual weekend newspaper - ie no crosswords! - I decided to take it out of mothballs this afternoon.

Progress is slow, but I'm quite pleased with what I've managed to do. Little and often seems to be the best way...
