Dark Edged Bee Fly

I was looking for a blip in the garden when I spotted what looked like a bee, except it wasn't flying like a bee and had a much longer proboscis than normal.  After some research I identified it as a Dark Edged Bee Fly. Don't think I've ever seen one of those before.

I've added an extra shot where it is much more identifiable.
