hanging around

The routine at the weekends seems to be: get woken up by children, children start talking, Saturday passes, Sunday passes, children stop talking, go to sleep and then start again. Our children can talk a lot but it is lovely.

+1/3 was busy doing things with his Action Man HM Armed Forces Action Figure (or whatever they're called these days) just before lunch and I remember doing exactly the same when I was his age: finding long bits of string and dangling toys over the edge of stairs or making parachutes and throwing things off a suitably high point. Plus ça change...

This guy appears to have taken a hit at some point... I don't think elbows are supposed to bend that way.
