MBRR 10km Time Trial...

Moreton Bay Road Runners have a monthly time trial... Ruben was able to participate in this one albeit he was just rolling his legs over... It's a great social event as they put on breakfast in the park afterwards... It was a lovely cooler morning than what it's been like lately which is hot and humid... This mornings event was held at Redcliffe which enabled the runners to have a swim in the ocean afterwards as well...
