We have a flat!!

You know when something just feels right... Without even seeing this flat I felt myself mentally moving in.

Existing tenant showed me round at 5.00 and at 5.10 found myself handing over cash deposit (surreal situation).

Big sigh of relief followed by excitement followed by exhaustion. The picture should be something more celebratory but the reality is it's early to bed with a book! Phew...
