Hard day

Had a over full clinic today, but thankfully had a wonderful student with me. Then went straight to Slimming World, lost only half a pound - grumble grumble. Then late dinner. Now suffering horrible gall stone pain and having to resort to co-codamol. So had to be a simple blip photo - apologies.
