Instinct before sat nav.

I pressed the home button on my sat nav as I left a meeting this afternoon. I knew how to get home but was unsure of the shortest route. The sat nav was obviously unsure as well and took me a detour on roads I had never been on! On the way to the meeting, the postcode of the venue took me to a residential street 6 minutes drive away so I was late arriving.

I did stop for this view of the castle and a view over to Ben Lomond, this was the clearest.

The moral is go with your instincts before trusting a sat nav.
