No diving or swimming

You wouldn’t want to, tbh, it was gushing a fair old torrent.

So the rain continued all night and all morning. The night obvs not a problem in my cosy van but this morning it was quite annoying. So we caught a bus into Salisbury and went shopping. We bought new make up in Boots, bits and bobs from the very soggy market and decided we didn’t need anything in TKMaxx. A very fine mid morning break in a coffee shop selling baklava. And then continued the theme with a very good Turkish lunch. And then, lo! It has stopped raining!! We bought fancy bread, cheeses, had a quick tarot reading by the White Witch of Wiltshire (that’s what her sign said anyway) and caught the bus back to the campsite to get on with some camping. Backgammon, red wine, bread and cheese and we did our traditional scratch cards with the traditional disappointing outcome. A fine, soggy day.
