The warm weather makes me want to have some salad! I bought a big ball (bunch? or head??) of lettuce. I've been experimenting home-made salad dressings lately. I found a sesame dressing recipe (tahini, soya sauce, rice vinegar and honey) today which might be similar to what we have in Japan.
